 Loving the camera package August 30, 2010

I am loving my new camera and all the accessories. This has been one of the best investments I have ever made. The Canon takes fantastic shots and I am learning something new every time I use it. For people just starting out in photography (like me) this package was the best choice. I am so glad I got both the 18-55mm AND the zoom lens. I would have regretted it if I didn't. In the few weeks I have used my camera I have taken some amazing shots and captured some great memories. The only thing I can think of to make this package better is to include the small draw-string bags store your lens's in when not in use and maybe an instructional video or two. My sister recently purchased a Nikon D3000 package from Amazon that included 2 great videos on photography that we have both been watching.

I was a bit disappointed with the set I purchased because some of the components were not of the quality I expected for that price. Many of the accessories were lower quality and there was no filter to protect the lens, instead I got two extra batteries, which is ok. The camera bag is too small to fit all of the components, even the camera with two extra lenses can't safely fit in there, so I wouldn't order it again.
